At Areena, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible order cancellation policy.
1. How to Cancel Your Order
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order is dispatched (whichever comes first).

2. When Cancellation is Not Possible
We do not accept cancellations in the following cases:
- The order has already been dispatched via TCS.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Orders placed during special sales or promotions.
3. Refund on Cancelled Orders
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, no charges will be applied.
- Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), no advance payments are involved, so refund is generally not required unless you’ve made a manual payment (e.g. bank transfer).
- In case of any pre-payment, your amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

- Need to update your delivery address or product variation? Let us know before dispatch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
