Order Cancellation Policy

At Areena, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible order cancellation policy.

1. How to Cancel Your Order

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before the order is dispatched (whichever comes first).
  • To cancel your order, contact us via:

    • Mention your Order Number and reason for cancellation.

2. When Cancellation is Not Possible

We do not accept cancellations in the following cases:

  • The order has already been dispatched via TCS.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Orders placed during special sales or promotions.

3. Refund on Cancelled Orders

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, no charges will be applied.
  • Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), no advance payments are involved, so refund is generally not required unless you’ve made a manual payment (e.g. bank transfer).
  • In case of any pre-payment, your amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

4. Changes to Order

  • Need to update your delivery address or product variation? Let us know before dispatch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
