Return and Refund Policy

At Areena, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through TCS.
  • Please ensure the product is properly packed before handing it over.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to your provided account.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order ID and issue description.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Custom or personalized products
